Matt Nader is a Vice President at Rox Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities while partnering with management teams to drive long-term value creation across the firm’s portfolio.

Matt brings nearly two decades of commercial leadership, strategic execution, and relationship-driven business development experience. Prior to joining Rox Capital, he spent more than 18 years with Abbott and St. Jude Medical, where he led Cardiac Rhythm Management sales throughout Central Texas. As Territory Manager, he partnered with leading physicians and health systems to drive market growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and lead high-performing teams. His experience advising healthcare providers and navigating complex sales environments provides a practical, operator-oriented perspective to evaluating and growing businesses.

A survivor of sudden cardiac arrest, Matt is a passionate advocate for cardiac awareness and emergency preparedness. He has delivered keynote presentations to more than 40 organizations—including the American Heart Association, USA Football, Parent Heart Watch, Texas EMS, and the Texas Association of High School Coaches—to promote awareness of sudden cardiac arrest, CPR, and AED accessibility.

Matt earned his Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
